Vacations Close To Guindon Park

Good Hotel but it needs better communication required to understand how it works

The best location for those who want to be in the middle of all the Old Montreal events. Just a few minutes' walk to Metro Place-d'Armes station. Nice and decent French breakfast with limited options to choose from. Staff are all professional, friendly, and aware of their duties. Not recommended for dinner, specifically with the mice racing around the restaurant floors at night. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained, and the suite we booked was well facilitated.

beautiful hotel in a perfect location

Initial check in was confusing. The hotel did not read my messages. It took several minutes to find and reestablish my booking. The cleaning is every other day and sometimes more often. You do need to request vacuuming at times. Supplies are good. Breakfast is the same everyday with one change in the egg dish. It is good and well protected. Parking is easy. Room is spacious and well furnished. Slightly dark and tricky to adjust temperatures, but maintains well. Access to shopping and dining is easy and close. Safety is good.

Our stay was excellent. Highly recommend. Our room was beautiful. It felt like a home. Very clean. The bed was super comfy. The building that our room was in, was very quiet. We had access to a little kitchen one floor down. Location was great. Just a quick walk to the Bell Centre for the concert we attended. Breakfast was delish. The entire experience is just so much better than a big cold hotel. Atmosphere is warm, and just has a homey vibe. We loved it. 11/10 would stay again!
