The cups in the room were stained and sticky :(
At 7:00am the alarm clock went off randomly. Then the housekeepers attempted to come by around 8:45am for house keeping. (so no resting in this place till their 10:00am check out!) The grand finale was really at around 9:15am when an alarm went off through out our whole hallway that went on and on. Still no explanation as to why when we called guest services and were told it was being investigated.

Great location. The rooms are clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff is very friendly, helpful and there is always someone available. Best place to stay in Reno.

Beautifully restored building. Room was very nice. Climbing stairs is required, so that could be an issue for some. We would stay again.
