“My two-night stay was an average one, but I expected more from the room and the hotel staff. In my room, the carpet was torn at the bathroom door. I could tell that a repair attempt was made but the 6" long tear was still noticeable. In the shower, the hooks on the shower curtain were all unhooked, which allowed the shower curtain to come loose from two of the points of attachment. “GREAT PLACE! WOULD STAY AGAIN.”

“Upon arrival the elevators were not working. We had to carry luggage up 6 flights to our room. When we returned from dinner around 9 pm the elevators were still not working. The next day we were already ready for bed around 8:30 when the fire alarm caused the entire building to evacuate. I was not offered any accommodation for these interruptions to adequate service. I will not be willing to trust Hyatt hotels again.”
