Corner balcony room is where it’s at! Clean, modern, roomy, LED lights on the balcony, mini fridge and a good size tv. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, both restaurants are top tier, and it’s centrally located by other restaurants, the falls, trails, and other local shops. There was always something to do and going on within a 1 block walking distance. YES!

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. It's the perfect hotel to stay for a weekend in Greenville. Almost everything is within walking distance. It would probably not be a great hotel for a long stay as there is not much storage in the room.

Great property in the center of town. There are many dining options within three blocks in any direction. There is one bar in the hotel, which is nice, but if all you want is a soft drink, the bar staff is accommodating.

My first impression was the desk agent attempting to charge my card for $700 which was the cost of my entire stay that I had paid for in full on Expedia.com. The beds were too hard and the pillows were too soft. Slept horrible both nights. Water gets all over the floor when you shower and you can’t barely feel the air from the a/c so it can feel stuffy at night. You definitely hear a lot of noise from the street. The only good thing is the location.
