“Breakfast was virutally nonexistent. The staff failed to keep up the pace in resupplying the buffet. Very disppointing.”

“Great Service”

“The gentleman at the front desk was agreeable and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was listed as continental so there were no hot items. But it was edible with bagels, cereal and yogurt and hard boiled eggs.”

“I didn't like that they changed my room, which was quiet, to a very noisy room. Scott helped us with kids in the second floor, who were jumping since 7 am. Also, he was very helpful with towels, etc.”

“Staff was friendly and hotel was well maintained.”

“This is one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Merrillville. I used to stay in Merrillville when I’d come home to visit Gary. The quality of a lot of the other hotels in the area made me choose other areas like Portage or Hammond, but this hotel will definitely be a viable option if I choose not to commute further. Clean property, dope room. Very spacious. My only complaint is that the remote was not compatible with the television so I couldn’t use it.”
