“Few things needed improvement 1) Room 18 > No Bath Mat once coming out of Shower 2) No holder self to put gel or soap on 3) No Plug for sink therefore cannot wash face or able to shave as the taps were one cold tap and one hot tap 4 No top sink light working to either shave or look clearly into 5) Mattress if the room worn out and keep ending up in the middle as it sink in the middle. 6)No herbal tea just coffee and tea. 7) At Breakfast although requested Vegan No Dairy free Milk, No Dairy...

“The room was very good but the bathroom was disgusting. I’m unable to upload the photos I took . I cut my heel on the cracked shower tray. Photo unable to download . I obviously complained and the receptionist said - we will give it a deep clean. I said that I thought that was a good suggestion but it wouldn’t fix the cracked shower tray . Got back very late on the 2 nd night - nothing had changed and the filth still there. Absolutely nothing had been done. Complained to the new receptionist...
