“If you remember “the good old days” of the small family-run Italian small hotel, this will make you go right back to those lost days! Riccardo and his family are so wonderful. When I told him I was interested in the history of the region, he quickly told me 5 or 6 amazing tales from the distant past, as well as from his own lived experience. “Besides the five stars I gave for cleanliness, friendly staff, and free parking, the continental breakfast was substantial and of excellent quality. The reservation we had made at a different hotel had fallen apart and we found this one on Expedia. We arrived around 10:40 pm well after the other guests had. The innkeeper had waited up for us and was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with many choices, hot and cold alike. It gave us a great start to the day. The...
