This was a welcome retreat during the heat wave. The rooms are air conditioned and only a short walk away from the beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was provided in the morning and was fantastic. The staff were helpful and very attentive to our needs. This was an ideal location, as staff helped us arrange our transport to port in the morning prior to our cruise. Would highly recommend!

This was a decent hotel to stay at before our cruise left. They had continental breakfast. Showers were weird as they were open and got the whole floor wet. Our Ac didn’t work well but joining room to kids did so we kept door open. Close walk to beach area which was nice. Decent area.

The property was very clean, and in good repair. The room was well appointed, with clean, fresh linens and towels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good, with plentiful choices, and great coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was that the air conditioner did not work in the room. Hallways and public areas were cool and comfortable, but for some reason that was lost in translation, the a/c in the hotel room could not be used. This was a real negative, as it was during a warm period that made rest difficult. I would have greatly preferred a situation where the room was comfortable for sleeping, but a little too warm in public areas. I was provided with a fan at my request, and it was recommended that I open the windows, which did not adequately address the problem. One of the specific reasons I chose this hotel was that it had air conditioning. I would not have chosen this place if I would have known it was not able to be used.

Fantastic - we will come back!

This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round deserved my time to do so. Stay here - you wont be disappointed!

Only stayed for one night but we found the property to be everything we needed. The staff was the standout part for me, very very welcoming, helpful and nice. Check in was a breeze (booked through Expedia) and they even held onto our luggage after checkout while we walked to the beach to kill some time for our cruise transfer. The pool area was also nice and the staff sought us out to bring us drinks and snacks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Ravenna.
