Surprise - nature reserve right on the lake was so tranquil & peaceful - just avoid the pools full of kids but there is an adults only one - we are in Florida after all!!
A great hotel if you’re there for Disney, very large facility and helpful staff. If you’re there for a conference locally may be a bit noisy.
Overall, clean, friendly, a bit dated family hotel.
Loud music constantly in the reception which is fine if you’re on vacation. Business travelers not sure if it’s the right place.
Room was beyond expectations. Bed could be a little more comfortable but it was great none the less. The entire staff was friendly and so kind. The entire experience was just lovely and i would be back
Everything was good! Nice having a heated pool a because it wasn’t quite warm enough to be in a non heated pool. Only thing frustrating was I thought I paid everything already online when I booked it but when I got there I had to pay the taxes and fees for each day I stayed.

I personally wouldn't stay here again. The first day we were there the toilet didn't work in 1 room. I asked for a pack n play when checking in and they forgot. Took 3 days to get the toilet fixed. Took 3 pack n plays to get one that opened and didn't smell like urine. I did like that we had a washer and dryer in our room. The beds were comfortable. The water park is not worth $25 a person to use it. The restaurant wasn't amazing the ice cream was good.
Staff at check in was very nice and helpful and helpful, room was clean, resort was nice with lots of things to do, we enjoyed mini golf and walking at night to see all the lights, will definitely stay again
