“The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back ”

“We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. “This is a top level B&B. Only 6 rooms and Adult only. We stayed in room 3, which overlooked the street behind the hotel and was very quiet. The room was large enough for us and had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, vanity unit with drawers and 2 bedside pedestals. The drinks tray was well stocked.
