“Overall, the customer service was friendly and accommodating, and the staff made an effort to assist us throughout our stay. However, there are several areas that need improvement for the property to truly feel like a resort.
Room cleanliness should be more thorough. The floors appeared to need both vacuuming and mopping, and we noticed hair and sand residue on the floor and around the shower area even though the room was ready for check-in.

“Check in is fast, but the staff will not ask you what kind of room you like, or on online booking, for example if you like it with a view, higher floors/lower floors,. The sliding cabinet door in our room was detached and they did not check that before they put us in there.
The restaurant is good but they should prioritize their guest to make sure they have access to it at all time and not on the waiting list when they're ready to eat.”
