“Characterful thatched inn in countryside location. Comfortable room & good breakfast.”

“Very nice stay. Friendly place, people and a good breakfast. Higly recomended!”

“Excellent all around and lovely staff”

“Good central location with plenty of space in the room and excellent parking. Lightening was insufficient since bedside lights broken or no bulb. Upgrade of interior (one of the 2 rooms) would benefit the property especially for the cost charged.”

“Beautiful building. Ian, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay.”

“La verdad es que el lugar, siendo lo que es, resulta de lo mas agradable y sobre todo con mucho encanto y muy auténticoy tradicional”

“Beautiful room with all that I needed for my overnight stay. I dined in the restaurant, and had breakfast, and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend the Belland Crown.”

“Great place to stay. Spacious bedroom with a good bed and quality bedding. Radio and TV in the room plus tea and coffee making facilities plus welcome shortbread on arrival. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. It is situated on a busy road but don’t let that put you off - see if you can get one of the quieter rooms at the back. Worth a visit and situated in a great area/countryside.”

“We stayed at the Brace of Pheasants for one night and it was really lovely. The room was big, airy and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was lovely. We ate dinner in the pub and it was absolutely delicious. I am coeliac and Matt, the owner, was very knowledgeable when helping me to decide what to have.
