The marina is very nice, there's a huge park and walking trail around, good for morning and evening walk with very nice view of the bay. I like the swimming pool and jacuzzi also.

Beautiful location. Ample, but expensive parking. Rooms with marina view are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean, showers are inside a tub, and with grab bar they are very narrow. If bathrooms were remodeled, this would get 5 stars!

This is a nice place, prefer the view of the marina best of all. The service was great from the front desk to the housekeeping. Centrally located if you have to be in Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Emeryville California. I would stay again.

The 2 things I would add in the rooms are a microwave and a refrigerator, to keep my yummy leftovers from the excellent meal at the Boathouse restaurant. The property was lovely and the housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. The young lady at the front desk ,I think her name is Belldana was awesome.
