Nunukan Vacations

Stayed at this location on multiple occasions. Very clean rooms and property. They have a clean pet relief area. Lots of amenties. Close to lots of grocery stores and the strip

Initial check in was not a good experience due to being allocated a different room to the one I booked, but location and amenities were good. For a first time traveller to Las Vegas I felt more information & a map should be supplied. Also the Rewards program was not explained at the start and as a UK resident we could not access it properly so needed to use the cashiers desk to receive our new user rewards.

This room gave us a very luxurious feel. With the floor to ceiling windows, 2 balconies, amazing view, comfy bed, and jetted tub with a view. Then you have a kitchen! Oh and parking is free! The pool was good, the gym was awesome! Probably one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

As soon as we checked in the lady in the front desk kept saying we didn’t have any reservations. Later she said the reservation was with a misspelled last name, we purchased through Expedia they have our correct names. It was stressful!

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.
