“What a beautiful property. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking, about a 30 minute walk to the heart of downtown Fredericton. Very quiet. The only very slight issue was a very firm mattress. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely return.”

“I don't normally stay at B&B's favouring hotels but this stay makes me rethink this. Warm welcome from Norma and Rosie, Rosie does bark when you ring and meet her but she is a sweetie (I didn't hear her bark again).
