“Convenient to the attractions I wanted to visit. The most helpful hosts I've experienced for quite some time, who went overboard to ensure we settled in easily and attended unobtrusively to all of our needs. Would be honoured to have them as guests in our home.”

“The property is ideally located close to facilities and presents well on the outside upon arrival. However, it is far from being 'Elite' as it's name implies, with poor staff support who don't appear to live on site and glaring evidence of a lack of maintenance and thorough cleaning. Stained and frayed bath towels, dripping and leaking shower with some mould, and an evacuation plan eventually found on the floor in the closet in the room. “This property is in a convenient location and offers value for money. A continental breakfast is available which could be improved with little effort by providing eg yoghurt and a better brand of coffee. The rooms are good with a spanky looking bathroom and easy to use appliances. The bed is comfortable especially if you like a very firm mattress. Aircon heating was very quiet but also very efficient. Staff was helpful with good advise and ready to provide some overlooked items.”

“An absolute gem in the heart of Pokolbin, Hermitage Lodge offers a peaceful and comfortable vineyard escape with stunning views, exceptionally cozy rooms, and the fantastic on-site Pescara Restaurant. Enjoyed the space, the wine tasting by Aeon wines was an absolute highlight and the fireplace in our room, lovely sunset and sunrise views and super central to everything! Check in was smooth and staff were outstanding!”
