“The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“This hotel is well located and the upgraded room I had was very comfortable, with an elegant Indian aesthetic. I would gave given a higher rating if there hadn't been a cigarette odor in my nonsmoking room. I called the front desk and was assured that the rooms around me were all non smoking so perhaps this is not enforced. The gym is ok but small and could be a bit better arranged. Breakfast was healthy and good”

“No me quedé en el hotel porque está en una zona horrible de mumbai como a dos horas del centro, el hotel esta en una zona industrial y no quisieron hacerme la cancelación los del hotel así que terminé pagando 3 noches sin dormir ni una sola ahí”

“Aparte su cercanía al centro comercial "inorbit", no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero más bien de 3. Si te gusta tener un gimnasio, no cuentes con la habitación "caja" con lo que cuneta este hotel. El baño necesita una remodelación urgente y el wifi no es fiable para nada. Los dos restaurantes del hotel son muy básicos y el desayuno es muy pobre en comparación con otros hoteles del mismo estándar cercanos.
