Lodges en North Fambridge

“The most awful place ever !!! I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . This place is not manned re the hotel side of it so you need to check in at the bar where there was one young girl manning even tho there was a 40th all travellers birthday party and a...

“Lovely simple place, very clean with full breakfast, toast and cereals included. Nothing fancy but perfectly good. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and bar staff. Good size room with very comfy bed, bath and shower, hairdryer and blanket. But someone doesn't know how to put a sheet on a bed. Lol Quiet area - on a Tuesday night. Free parking till 8am one road away on Tyler Ride road. I would happily come again.”

“Second time staying at the Ship and it was once again excellent. Really friendly staff, lovely room with comfortable bed and pillows and the breakfast is superb. Highly recommend”

“Very nice room, bed was a little short for me at over 6 foot tall, but not the end of the world. Staff were very pleasant. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area”

“Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor.”

“We stayed here last weekend to celebrate my mum’s 65th birthday and had such a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. I had emailed beforehand to mention that we were visiting for my mum’s special birthday, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a card or small acknowledgement in the room. We’d also booked a table in the restaurant for her birthday dinner, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t made it onto...

“Terrible!!!! My husband and I were bitten by insect bugs!!!! The place has got very old furniture, sticky surfaces, dirty and unpleasant odour!!! The four corners of the room had insects blood stains. Some of the lights were broken, the heated towel rail was not working, the heater was on timer and stopped working, the shower pressure was low!!! The restaurant was shut and not receptionist available after 19:30!!!”

“Ubicación. Parking y restaurant (buen desayuno, lo huevos benedict eran muy buenos).”

“Lovely room clean and very comfortable bed food was lovely staff very friendly and helpful had a great time we will be coming back soon.”

“Expedia switched the date on my booking. Didn't reply to my email. Didn't help in any way. Expedia ripped me off. I will never use Expedia ever again.”

“Updated Seven Hotel Guest Review Our double room was quite compact, with very little floor space to move around comfortably, and the double‑sized bed felt small too. The television was difficult to operate and did not include streaming services such as Netflix or YouTube, which was disappointing. We also noticed a persistent buzzing noise coming from within the room throughout our stay. Please note the hotel takes a £50 deposit for potential damages on check‑in. Overall our two‑night stay was...
