“Everything was nice -- breakfast, staff, cleanliness -- except the WiFi didn't work for my four days at the hotel. I enabled it for my phone at 1pm and my computer at 7pm and it worked for neither, except for a few minutes on the first two days. I told the front desk, who expressed concern but said I just needed to have my phone & computer forget-and-rejoin the network, but that didn't work either. Had to use phone data instead.”

“Das Hotel liegt sehr gut an der Bahnstation.
Leider war die versprochene Klimaanlage eher nicht wirklich kühlend. Es wurde nur die heiße Luft von der einen zur anderen Ecke des Zimmers geblasen. Eine Mitarbeiterin bestätigte mir auch, das das alte System nicht mehr wirklich funktioniert.”
