Great place to stay, close to the train. It rained the whole time we visited but with umbrellas available, leaving the hotel for eating out and shopping was not a problem. Proximity to restaurants shops, gardens and transport was excellent.

Great for families!

We had a lovely two night stay with our family and friends. Hotell was child friendly and family room had a lots of space and nice beds. Sunday morning there were extra delicious breakfast including pancakes and brownies. Their own breakfast limpa was amazing! Location was great and there is a lot of cozy restaurants and bistros nearby. Parking was not too far either and you can always unload the car in front of the hotel. Perfect stay for us! Definitely want to experienxe Norrköping again!

Min vistelse pÄ Hotel President var helt okej. Bra och trevlig personal. Trevligt rum. Bra frukost! Mindre bra var att det bara fanns en sorts tepÄsar (4 st grönt te) till vattenkokaren pÄ rummet, samt att det bara finns en hiss i hela hotellet.

God frukost, trevlig personal och kvavt rum

VÀldigt trevlig personal och riktigt god frukostbuffé. Rummet var lite slitet och saknade helt nÄgot form av AC, sÄ det blev vÀldigt varmt och kvavt nu pÄ sommaren. Det fanns bordsflÀkt sÄ den fick stÄ i öppet fönster nÀr temperaturen vÀl sjunkit pÄ kvÀllen för att göra det drÀgligt. Badrummet luktade vÄt hund redan nÀr vi kom och ingenting lyckades torka sÄ lÀnge det hÀngde dÀr. Men det var en skön sÀng och rent pÄ rummet.

Riktigt dÄlig service

Vi hade bokat ett rum för tvÄ personer i ett dubbelrum. Vi blev vÀldigt förvÄnande, men framförallt vÀldigt besvikna nÀr vi kom in pÄ rummet och sÄg att dubbelrummet bestod av en vad vi anser vara en enkelsÀng. ( 140) NÀr vi sedan gick för prata med receptionen och förklarade att vi inte kan ligga tvÄ vuxna i en enkelsÀng och att vi ansÄg att det var ett enkeltrum vi fÄtt, fick vi ett vÀldigt dÄligt och hÄnfullt bemötande. De höll fast vid att det Àr fullt normalt att tvÄ pers kan ligga i en sÄdan sÀng, samt att det Àr ett dubbelrum. Vidare var sÀngen bÀddad med en kudde för en person, samt en handduk för en person. Vi fick sjÀlva leta upp extra kudde och extra handdukar. Vi Àr vana resenÀrer och har bott pÄ mÄnga hotell bÄde utomlands och Àven i Sverige. Men har aldrig rÄkat ut för att tvÄ personer som bokat dubbelrum ska behöva trÀnga ihop oss i en sÄdan smal sÀng. Priset pÄ rummet var inte billigare Àn andra hotell hotell med den standarden. SÄ vÄr bedömning av hotellet blir dÀrför riktigt bedrövligt och uselt.
