When we opened the window, we could smell cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel.”

“Great location in a building dating back to the 15th Century, but impeccably maintained. Rather steep curved castle stairs, but the manager was very helpful in carrying our luggage. Breakfast was excellent as was service all around. Sherry was waiting in a decanter in the room. When a taxi was delayed picking us up at the train station, the manager (owner?) drove down, himself. First rate service all the way around. Highly recommended.”
