“Nice property overlooking the Elbe river. They don't take credit cards which requires a transfer from a bank for 70% of your stay to reserve your room. The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed dinner dining on the terrace next to the Elbe. Typical of many European hotels there is no A/C or fans but they are seldom needed. Bathroom was updated and...

“We had a fantastic stay here, it was just the relaxation we needed as we were walking the Malerweg. The spa areas are lovely and relaxing and the views from the sauna and relaxation areas are superb. We had the four course meal for dinner and the food was delicious. Great breakfast and a comfy bed. Definitely treat yourself to a night here. ”
