“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our room was located above the pub. When we opened the window, we could smell cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel.”

“The ‘business’ room was well decorated and had an abundance of kitchen implements. The main bed was clean and comfy but the sofa bed was not. Beware very low (1.7m?) doorways into the apartment itself and into the bathroom. And the city view is of the patio table and fence. Parking was fine, the walk into the old city about 10 minutes.”

Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und ich fühle mich sehr wohl im Hotel Varnsdorf. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, reichlich und auch für jeden Geschmack vielfältig. Die Parkplätze sind in der Nacht durch Tore verschlossen.”

“Great location in a building dating back to the 15th Century, but impeccably maintained. Rather steep curved castle stairs, but the manager was very helpful in carrying our luggage. Breakfast was excellent as was service all around. Sherry was waiting in a decanter in the room. When a taxi was delayed picking us up at the train station, the manager (owner?) drove down, himself. First rate service all the way around. Highly recommended.”
