“Had a terrific time at Holiday Inn Vanuatu. The staff a very attentive and helpful. They are happy to help with requests and do everything with a smile. The facilities are great but did notice a loose tap in my room and my colleagues room had an issue with a water leak. However staff address the issue promptly. The food at the hotel is excellent!”

“There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point”

“Beautiful view of the lagoon from the room. Location is great,the resort is in a quiet location but close enough to town and amenities. Food at the restaurant is very good. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. Would stay again next time.”

“We stayed 5 nights. Loved the island and easy to get to and from on the boat. 3 minute ride. From there a 5 min walk to main road where you can catch a taxi bus to port vila 10 mins away.we stayed in the ocean view rooms which are brand new and more being built. Spacious in design and facing west. The resort is not new but well managed. Enjoyed our stay. Very laid back experience”

“Lovely place for a nice quiet, relaxing stay. Exactly what I needed to unwind. The reef off the beach was amazing, even had two dugongs make an appearance ny last day. The room was lovely, and for a garden view room had a nice view of the water. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout. 10/10. Will be back.”

“We felt very welcomed at Tropicana the staff were very friendly and helpful. Diana even took us around the island for the day. The kids loved the pool and kayaks in the lagoon. The apartments came fully equipped so you can cook your own meals as well. Would recommend!”

“We are a family of 4, just stayed for 8 days here. Could not have wanted for anything more. Everything about this place was what we needed. Chris and the family very welcoming. Private fully equipped units for self catering if you want it. Easy to get a bus into town if you need to or wander down to local restaurants. Pool great. Access to lagoon right at your doorstep. Reasonable snorkelling out in the middle of the lagoon. Thanks Chris. We will be back. Hopefully the kids will remember us.”

“El hotel en sí está bien. Es un apartahotel, con habitaciones con cocina, cosa en la que no me fijé. La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal. Lo malo es que el hotel queda un poco a trasmano de todo Port Vila, por lo que te tocará andar un rato medio (+/- 15min) para llegar al centro. La comida, sin ser una maravilla, está...
