Vacations Close To Steamboat Era Museum

Great stay!! Nice room and good location.

Highly recommended

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a VERY long time. Power went out day two and my room was not serviced two out of the three nights. The lobby bar was NEVER open. No water bottles in the room. The rooftop bar wasn’t opened when I told it was. The shower curtain was too short and the water went all of over the floor. The staff was completely unhelpful.

I filed a formal complaint with employee relations at Choice Hotels about my horrible stay at the Comfort Suites. * the room was dirty...my brand-new slippers had hair and dust balls stuck to the bottom of them when I took them off this morning * the water in the bathroom faucet had a terrible smell * the breakfast was horrible...when they ran out of items, they did not replenish them, even the juices! * I asked for a box of tissues Friday evening, Oct. 9th, and never received a box * The long window curtains were falling off of the metal glider thing * The freezer part of the mini-fridge looked like a mini igloo..it could not be used * I did take pictures of the curtains and the freezer compartment * the king-size bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable...I tossed and turned for two nights * there was a large black hairball in the shower * stains all over the chairs and the furniture that pulled out into a full-size bed **I did not say anthing to the front desk, because if they cannot handle a simple issue like getting me a box of tissues...I am pretty sure that they would not have handled my other issues * when I checked out I did tell the lady at the front desk (she was the SAME lady that never got me my tissues and I had a runny nose all weekend) she never asked me how my stay was and when I told her it was not pleasant, she never said sorry or asked me how she could help me, really??!!
