The room was clean and everything worked. The staff was friendly. Room stay included breakfast. It was typical hotel fare but with longer hours than usual which was convenient. The hallway carpets were filthy and never vacuumed during our 6 day stay. Same with the stairs. Had a washer and dryer which is atypical except at long-stay facilities but the dryer was broken.

Front desk staff was great. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Parking was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Only drawback was the pool didnt appear to be maintained to the same standard. Breakfast was much more than we expected. Bacon, eggs, waffles, a selection of cereals, yogurt, juices in addition to sweet rolls, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Staff was great! Facility looks like it could use an upgrade. Toilet sounded like it had a slow leak. AC was very noisy. Door going outside off dining room needed fixed as it banged every time someone came in or out. Overall it was a nice stay for the money. This is where many of the baseball players and families stayed for the tournament. I thought the staff went out of their way to accommodate everyone!
