“Staying at the Novotel Brisbane Airport was a much better experience for us compared to the Pullman or Ibis. Having Skygate right next door—complete with a Woolworths and plenty of dining options—was super convenient, as was the free, regular shuttle bus straight to the airport terminal. ​Service and food at the hotel's own restaurant were great. “Do not stay at this Hotel. I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. There was no double or triple glazing so it felt like I was sleeping by traffic lights (the fact was sleep was impossible). The room should have been used as a storeroom, but yet, $180...

“The cleanliness I really liked. Nothing seriously wrong, but an ice cube tray in the freezer could be helpful, but from what I observed, most guests seemed to be there on business, and probably don't drink much alcohol. Maybe some salt and pepper sachets with the tea and coffee. Loved the fresh milk supplied.”
