“The stairs was a problem as it was not noted in the description of the place. Had to ask for towels etc. only one bed for 2 people. No table to eat on. Frig was leaking.had to ask for the amededes . The parking was very limited. Chicken poop in the car port . I almost put my back out from climbing up the 21 steps”

“Very outdated, no tv in room, walls were dirty/stained and the paint job was terrible. The kitchen area is shared between 5 other rooms, that was very deceiving from the information and pictures. The lady that was staying in the room next to me knocked on my door one night to ask me how to work the wifi, it seemed like she was on drugs the way she was acting. Staff very friendly and helpful, they have boogie boards, towels, other beach stuff free to use. The bedding and bathroom were however...

“The location was great! Minutes from Volcanoes National Park! Also it was close to some restaurants and gas! The place was spacious and had comfortable bedding. There was a heater for cooler nights! The coffee pod machine and fridge are such nice features!!!”

“What a magical place! The staff was so helpful, ensuring we had everything we need due to the upcoming storm. They even texted us when the volcano was fountaining so we could rush to view it! The kids loved waking up to the sights and sounds of a rainforest. Beautiful location.”
