Nice clean room in a unique rainforest like setting. Hosts were lovely and provided coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ramen, oatmeal, fresh fruit and a delicious homemade banana bread! The location was very peaceful and we enjoyed listening to nature at night. We were also very close to Volcano National Park!

The place was easy to find with the directions provided by the property. We loved being so close to the park and getting to explore the volcano areas during our short visit. Oatmeal, fresh fruit and coffee provided made a great breakfast and the fresh baked banana bread was an added bonus! I would highly recommend the Aloha Crater Lodge to anyone wanting to be close to the volcanos national park.

This is a great property. If you are looking to visit the volcanoes national park in Hawaii you should definitely think about living at this place. The breakfast was amazing too.

Room I booked had strong mildew smell. Owner solved problem by allowing us to move to upstairs unit. This was so much better. Appreciate the responsiveness. Hot tub is very old and beat up. Time for an upgrade. But sitting there at night with frogs and moonlight was awesome. Lava tube was closed. This was a bummer as it’s why we picked this place. Very close to park entrance. Short drive.

It is 3 miles from Volcanoes National park entrance. Unit was very nice and quiet, the fruit and oatmeal and coffee that was provided meant we didn't need to go out for breakfast! This unit, Orchid room, had a fancy fish pond in one section of the room, and a nice walkin tiled shower.

Pleasant stay. we spent the day at the Volcano Natl Park which is only 7 minutes away. had dinner in town, checked in about 5pm. when you drive onto the property you feel like you are in the middle of the rain forrest. really appreciated the tasty banana bread, snacks, and fruit that was left out. our room had a hot tub, which we didnt use. the matress was comfy. very quiet surrondings.

It was a very nice place. You're in the middle of the rainforest which was kind of cool. We rented the honeymoon suite. It had a nice jetted tub, please know jetted was only big enough for one person. This is on the second floor so you will have to carry your suitcases up about 25 steps. There is a super comfortable king bed with lots of extra blankets. There is a little kitchen area that had tea and coffee available, as well as instant oatmeal, homemade banana bread, packaged ramen, and fresh fruit. Area included microwave, fridge, plates/bowls and utensils. The covered deck was nice place to eat, and relax. We will definitely return on our next trip back to the area.

Secluded. Tropical property. Comfortable, roomy, fresh fruit, coffee, packaged breakfast provided. We loved this place. It was quirky and laid back. I found myself wishing every day of my Hawaiian vacation started and ended here instead of just an overnight.
