Mossyrock Vacations

Awesome place to stay close to pikes place market!

Very helpful staff. Loved the availability of coffee and water in the lobby.

We did not use the breakfast, bar nor pool. The room was clean and staff were pleasant. It’s right off the freeway which was nice

The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, but several other things were suboptimal. There were no instructions at check-in that you need to use your digital room card to summon an elevator. The room phone was dead. One of the elevators was stuck with all floor buttons pushed and a buzzing sound emitting, that the front desk knew nothing about when I reported it. At departure, while I was at check out, the car valet did not give my husband my car key, which we only realized when we pulled over 30+ miles later, and when I called the hotel, and after my key was eventually located, the manager said we would be charged a fee to mail it to me! I pointed out the fault was their’s, and only then he waved the mailing charge.
