“Froh wäre man, wenn einem der Code vorab mitgeteilt werden würde, damit man überhaupt ins Dorf und später zum Hotel kommt. Kein Frühstückstisch vorbereitet und für uns reserviert. Barbetrieb war die ersten 2 Tage nicht aktiv.in den nächsten Tagen kam Beat, der uns hervorragende Drinks zubereitete. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns das Personal, das immer und überall im Weg stand und sich ebenfalls an der Bar aufhielt. Es gab aber auch einzelne Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr bemühten und ihren Job...

“This hotel is not recommended to stay the hottest months, the room has no air conditioning and being next to a road with a lot of traffic you can not sleep with the window open. Otherwise it is a hotel that is quite good and surely in the colder months it will be very nice.”

“The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Upon arrival the room was clean and smell cleaned, this is a rarely in most places. The hotel is older but they do a great job at keeping things modern and up to date. The spa and pool area are great with indoor and out pools and jacuzzi. The daily breakfast was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There are free bike rentals, as well as fee bikes for electric bikes. Many things to do in the area, hiking, walking, biking, visting...

“Das Zimmer war etwas älter aber dennoch sind die Betten sehr bequem und es ist alles sauber. Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und es gibt eine gute und große Auswahl. Der SPA-Bereich ist relativ neu und die 2 Saunen sind echt gut. Das Personal ist freundlich.”

“Das Zimmer sah auf den Bildern leider ganz anders aus als in Echt. Der Balkon war so klein, dass eine schlanke Person sich gerade so auf den Stuhl setzen konnte. Das Essen war wirklich sehr kecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist im Schwesternhotel und unterirdisch verbunden. Die Saunalandschaft ist sehr alt.”

“Dejà en arrivant, on voyait que ça les dérangeait que la réservation ait été faite sur Hôtels.com. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous leur avons montré la photo d’hôtels.com de notre réservation et ils nous ont dit que ça ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ! Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er avec vue à seulement quelques mètres sur le bâtiment d’en face et au dessus du parking alors que la photo de votre site montrait une vue sur les montagnes. Dommage car...

“Habíamos pasado un día horrible de frío y lluvia, nos ofrecieron guardar las motos en garaje cerrado. Nos pusieron la calefacción a tope. Es un hotel precioso. Las habitaciones grandes, muy bien decoradas con cama cómoda y armarios espaciosos. El baño extraordinario, no le falta detalle. El desayuno, incluido en el precio, de sobresaliente. Cenamos en el restaurante de al lado, buena calidad y una cerveza artesana que quita el sentido. Volveríamos sin duda. Gracias por todo. ”
