“Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout...

La struttura, accogliente e calorosa, si trova a Warkworth, paese che consiglio molto come base nel Northumberland per la sua atmosfera unica e suggestiva.
La camera è moderna, ampia, dotata di un comodo letto e arredata con gusto.
La pulizia quotidiana della stanza è stata compiuta in modo accurato.
Menzione speciale alla colazione: buonissima! Si può scegliere un unico piatto cucinato ma vi assicuro che al Bertram's cucinano con cura.
