Vacations Close To Sam Mountain

I stayed in the Bridge terrace room for 2 nights. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and by the seaport. If you get a room with the terrace facing the bridge, you’ll have an amazing view. Cons: The hotel itself, unfortunately, is not a 5 star hotel as listed on google. It’s barely a 4 star, if at all. Everything is showing wear and tear. From the elevators, hallways, and especially the rooms. The room itself had a lot of issues. Cracked and damaged ceilings in the bathroom. Insect stains/parts on the walls. Hair (not mine) on the shower head. Coffee beans on the carpet floor. Cigarette butts on the terrace. Needless to say housekeeping needs to do a better job. Broken bathroom door lock. I can go on with the cons, but these were the first things I noticed within the first few minutes. Obviously there is a cost to a refresh renovation, but this hotel definitely needs it.

Convenient location, but otherwise it’s quite a bare bones hotel.

Excelent hotel just 3 minutes away from Time Square. The staff was super helpful and kind with us and overall a fantastic experience. I will definitely comeback.

My husband and were assigned to room#208, the toilet in this room had been stuck before this room was assigned to us, and they couldn’t fixed it during our stay. We had to go to the basement to use the employee bathroom . The hotel didn’t provide discounts or any anything else to make up. Very disrespectful! Btw, this is the first bad feedback I’ve left.

First avoid room #219. The one window in the room faced the remnants of a construction site on an attached roof. Several feet from the window was a huge exhaust fan , which covered the window with dirt. Avoid a long-term stay. Only 3 salad plates , no dinner plates were provided. Contrary to the marketing pdf there was no air mattress And One Grove ignored my repeated requests to rectify

Lovely hotel! I only stayed here for one night so I didn’t really get to see it to its advantage. Overall though the location was nice, the room was decent. There was a nice view. The staff here was so so sweet.
