“We chose a room with a kitchenette the plates and pans were covered in grease, the stove fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.”

“The room was clean when we got there but they did not clean our room for the second stay. We didn’t really need it cleaned, but they had emptied the garbage, didn’t vacuum and did not replace the coffee supplies. We didn’t even have any cups as they never left us any. Rather disappointing. It was quiet and the staff was polite. We left early as we wanted a coffee.”
