I cannot say enough good things about the front desk team at this hotel! They have been absolute lifesavers and so genuinely kind to our family. As a returning guest who stays here regularly (before, now, and in the future), I’m always touched by how well they treat their loyal customers. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family with kids, keeping our specific schedule and competition needs in mind, and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade! It made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. We are beyond happy with our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The price for an overnight stay on a 2-day road travel was unbeatable. The location was strategic. Fast food restaurants were within walking distance. And breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly . Hard to beat these circumstances.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Best Budget Inn! I was traveling alone with my three children and arrived with a ton of luggage. The front desk staff went above and beyond by kindly upgrading us to a spacious suite at no extra charge. This was an absolute lifesaver because my daughter was attending a competitive swim meet and truly needed a separate, quiet room to get a good night’s sleep. The location is super convenient, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and attentive. We felt so warmly welcomed and well taken care of. We are already planning to return in a few days. Highly recommended to anyone, especially families!

We looked for the cheapest hotel for our family and we got what we expected! The room was clearly old, but was clean. Breakfast was basic but much appreciated. The pool was out of service, which bummed the kids out but we walked to McDonald’s instead and got ice cream, so everyone was placated.

Best Budget Inn was comfortable, quiet, cool and clean in the room but the outside areas needed work. Needs more power receptacles. The indoor pool was being used for storing old furniture. Stairs were dicey. Breakfast was OK but items (cereals, waffles, juice, yogurt) were depleted by half time.

The staff is great. The rates are good. But mattresses are not great. Don’t book if you have back issues. The ownership REALLY needs to reinvest in the rooms. They’ve already done floors which are wonderful, but the door frames need paint. Any room we’ve been in needs wall repair. Close 5 rooms at a time and get at it. But the staff is great.

Washing machine was adequate, however the dryer was not working properly and we had to hang clothes in the room to finish drying overnight.
