Mid hotel but service was rare hotel is clearly understaffed and bartender isn't always at station food takes forever free coffee is ok but only reason to return is the price is cheap for austin

This was an average stay. For the price I paid, it is reasonable. I could tell the staff had cleaned the place. However, there was a lack of communication from the host which I was unhappy about. The locations is decent and central in Temple.

We had a great stay and the staff was by far one of the best parts! They really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant! Highly recommend!

So, I moved here from louisiana but didn’t find an apartment yet so we’ve been staying at a hotel while we work. Check out time was at 11am but i over slept so management called me at 11:30 when i called back he told me the police was already on their way up and i had 15 minutes to get all my things or ill be criminally trespassed. Mind you, we just moved states so we have a lot of things so we did the best we could and threw all of our stuff in bags and packed up the car, just for Sean to still get us criminally trespassed. Honestly it felt like micro aggression from his end because even the police didn’t care. I understand it’s a place of business and we were running late, however check in isn’t until 3pm so the trespassing report wasn’t need, especially since we were leaving.
