it may have been timing, but finding decent good at 9 PM was challenging - the food scene in Salado is not thriving.... expect basic options. The town and town's residents were nice and friendly.

I expected more interesting places with in easy walk. Lack of sidewalks The Creek is wonderful place. Wading, family etc
