“We recently stayed at Severn Lodge for a 2-night getaway, and despite a hiccup at the very beginning, we left thoroughly impressed and relaxed.
Our trip started with a bit of stress when we arrived for check-in and the front desk couldn't locate our booking. However, the staff handled the situation with incredible grace.
