“Off the beaten path, great stay in the mangroves! Our first room did not have working Aircon and so we moved to another room. Very few customers, but staff were always available and willing to help. Breakfast were delicious and gladly met my dietary needs! Very short, walk to the beach”

“I really wanted to love this hotel because the property is beautiful and just steps from the beach. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by repeated service and maintenance issues. I booked an upper-floor room but was initially given a ground-floor room. Only after pointing out my reservation did I wait about 20 minutes for the correct room. Even then, it wasn’t fully set up, and housekeeping had to return multiple times with missing amenities. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. I...
