“Beautiful unique property! Rooms with all the modern comforts. Breakfast was delicious! Staff outstanding! Enya especially was wonderful!”

“Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only. Broken toilet seat, damp walls. Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning. Very jaded rooms. Bird poo all over the garden furniture.”

I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! “Fantastic setting. Beautiful building and comfy beds. Did not enjoy the curry but breakfasts were great. Loo handle in room 14 fell off a few times and cistern was slow to fill. Shower was fab and the big fluffy towels were super. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

“Great location lovely welcome on arrival super room great food. What else could you ask for? No need to look elsewhere if ever in the area again ”

“It was quiet, despite being in the centre of things. Food was excellent- breakfast amazing - fresh cooked, excellent veggie sausages. Really liked the fact that you could pick up extra toilet rolls from the shelf or milk from the fridge if you were running low before housekeeping came round. Also oat milk sachets and vegan options on all menus. Staff also v friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely be back”

“Lovely place to unwind, amazing shower. Convenient. Friendly owner.”

“Estada rápida, donde nos facilitaron 3 habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Desayuno británico donde puedes escoger lo que quieres. Cantidad y calidad buena. ”

“Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty… Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…”
