Wow what a transformation Imperial Hotel has had. So impressive love the new design of the hotel it is so modern and so bright. So comfortable the new beds, fab decoration in the room, so clean, amazing shower and a huge HD interactive television. Also loved the Welsh cakes, cans of Welsh water, Welsh coffee and quality tea selection. As usual the staff are amazing especially the receptionist. We will definitely stay again.

The staff were brilliant, friendly and approachable. Breakfast very good but we personally didn’t like the evening menu, we prefer simple food and larger portions. Our sea view room was lovely, clean with an enormous bed. We would definitely stay there again. Location and views breathtakingly.
