“The room was fine but there was a very bad smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. The odor was strong and smelled like sewer water. Terrible! When I asked the cleaning crew about it they said many guests have complained about it too.”

They are repainting the building and upgrading some of the old items they have in the rooms. I always choose this hotel for convenience. Parking is so accessible to go in and out. Its walkable to the commercial center and malls. I always feel at home with the friendly staff.”

“Every time I travel, I would book this hotel. Clean, safe and close to lots of restaurants. Staffs are friendly and really good breakfast selection.”

“We checked in the day we arrived just for 1 day. Then we checked backed in during the last 2 days of our stay in Manila, the room that was given to us wasn’t as cold during our first day of stay so we requested our old room back if it was available and the front desk staffs didn’t hesitate at all. Little things like that is greatly appreciated by us. We would always check in at this hotel and I highly recommend it to all. Food was excellent as always and ambiance is very welcoming”

I only have one complaint about this place, which is a pretty legitimate complaint. So basically I spilled a soda on the table and I used the towel to clean up my spill and of course the soda was a Pepsi so the towel is now brown because I had to clean up the spill and they charged me eight dollars/500 pesos because the...

“Great employees and amazing view”

“Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.”
