“The balcony is really nice.
The toilet door doesn’t shut.
Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done.
Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay.”

“First extra charges were charged. I paid for breakfast on my booking and they said I did not. The room/hotel in general needs maintenance. Bedroom - stains on the rugs, ceiling paint was peeling off, bathroom sink was dirty.
Staff was not helpful regarding the extra charges on breakfast, I paid again and when went down for breakfast the next day the staff said I did not pay. Very frustrating.”
