“Staying at Faith Accommodation was pleasant. So pleasant that I upgraded my room and extended my stay. I stayed in the Double room first, then the Triple room. The Triple room was a huge upgrade for only a $1 US dollar price increase, probably the most bang for your buck out of the places I've stayed in. The Triple room had a point-of-use water heater for the shower which I prefer over the Tank water heaters some other places use. Owners Winston and Soteria were very friendly, they allow...

“The AC was not working the first night. Was fixed by the next evening. The toilet bowl was leaking. I reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. There were small roaches in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a very limited selection to choose from.”

“Everything was fine, but I do have a small suggestion. The staff did not check the room during our five-day stay. We only needed bathroom tissues and towels to be replenished, and there was no telephone in the room to contact the caps or family. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment—I loved it. This is just a suggestion for improvement, but overall, it was a very good experience.”

“First visit here to Lava Hotel... and felt somewhat let down... I think maybe some customer service retraining might be needed for your front desk staff... the room was okay.. nothing too flash but it served its purpose.. the TV reception was bad always glitching and the chromecast didnt work.. thankful for the included breakfast but there wasn't that much variety.. Would I stay here again??? Maybe but only for its close proximity to the city centre and the local Savalalo Markets...”

“The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car.”
