“It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). “We generally had a good experience but the lack of parking spaces got things off to a bad start. We had to park 10 minutes away as the hotel car park was full due to a wedding taking place at the hotel. I would have liked to have been informed of the parking issues/wedding ahead of time so I could have considered alternative accomodation.”
