“The property offers your own separate space from neighbors which is a nice benefit instead of sharing walls like in a hotel. We had private yard for our dog and the place is pet friendly with a one time fee not a nightly fee for pets.
Downside…you are looking at a parking lot with people outside your windows. The shades being bottom up or having more plants/fence would be a nice addition to help with privacy.
Overall a good experience if you want an economical way to stay in Seaview and close...

“The advertisement was false regarding the ocean view. There was none! The noise level was horrific, the balcony was dirty and on the highway, the shower was not fun, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no AC, and the linings were nice yet impossible to regulate, as we were either cold of sweating! The room was as expected.”
