“Out of four days the only housekeeping done was towles brought in once. No little amenities like hair dryer, shampoos . Cigarette butts outside. Beds very loud and creaky. Can hear people through the walls. Couch was old and needed a bad shampooing. Check in was very easy and owner/ manager was good at messaging.”

“The first thing I am going to say is “there is not any customer service within the hotel”! You have to have codes to get in AND if you call them to get help forget about it! RUDE!! Treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about , while another couple was waiting outside looking at their phones trying to figure it out! “The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions.
