Great location if you need to get to the Lumber Yard for baseball or softball and/or be downtown and lots of parking which is great. It is undergoing a major renovation which will probably/hopefully improve it—could use updating in our opinion.

Currently doing a multimillion dollar renovation. Can't wait to see it brought back to original details. I love old hotels and this didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at a hotel. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

We couldn't have found a nicer place in the area to stay than the lovely, old Genetti Hotel. Even with some renovations in the beautiful lobby restoring the ceiling, we were impressed and didn't mind the construction (it was quiet). The hotel has an interesting history some of which can be found in photos lining the corridor walls. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean, charming and inviting. The buffet breakfast was a real hit with everyone in our group and the well-maintained pool iced the cake. I'm looking forward to going back when the lobby restoration is complete and the magnificent chandeliers get appreciated even more.

Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. There were two dirty towels left hanging on the back of the bathroom door and an empty snack wrapper left in one of the side table drawers. The bathroom ceiling tiles had a stain and weren’t aligned. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Our toilet didnt flush well but everything else was wonderful! The breakfast staff was incredible, the late check in was smooth and the person behind the desk was wonderful..... the bed was soooo comfortable! Love the architecture showing from the remodel they uncovered...incredible!!

Historic property is conveniently located in the business district of Williamsport, PA. The entire Hotel Staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The property is old, but clean, well maintained, and under renovation. It has a pleasant turn-of-the-century vibe, which is noteworthy now but will be even better after the renovations are completed.
