“The room was on the top floor and they have no elevator, but the receptionist gentleman carried our bags up and left them in front of the door. Parking is limited, but adequate for the number of occupants that were there that night. The free wi-fi was very fast, which we utilized greatly for planning our next day. Breakfast is served from 8:00a to 9:00p, which is a traditional English breakfast. What was really nice, was they had vegetarian sausages made to order instead of only meat...

“The service and breakfast was exellent and the property exceptionally clean. This room did not have an ensuite bathroom and so nightime bathroom excursions were a bit risky as I had to leave my room and go down some steps to reach the facility. This was reflected in the price but was a surprise to me and may not work for less mobile visitors.”

“The building is beautiful, the staff are excellent, and they are accommodating when needed. We will recommend it for all new guests, and we expect to return someday ourselves.”
