“This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). “A beautiful place, obviously on a working farm with associated noise and smells on occasion. Well appointed rooms with everything we needed the complimentary welsh cakes a nice touch. We only had breakfast but that was excellent and all the staff were very helpful pool very enjoyable”

“Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.”

“On arrival you are confronted with building work around the main entrance and a very tired looking reception. (July 2026) The rooms are basic relatively clean but bathroom in our room was tiny. If you have long legs you will never be able to use the toilet comfortably because the shower cubicle is approximately 18 inches from the pan. The bathroom smells of damp and the toilet paper is thinner than Bronco. Only one charger plug socket by the desk nothing near the bed. We paid for a sea view...

“The room and bathroom were lovely, very clean and luxurious. The rooms don't have aircon but fans were provided and even on a warm weekend, it was actually OK. The grounds are beautifully kept with plenty of places to walk. The buffet breakfast was included in our booking and again was very tasty and had a great selection. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming and gave us some great advice on where to go. We only had breakfast in the restaurant so can't comment on dinner but it...

“The room was clean and well presented in a pretty idyllic location. Quite and not very looked. Local pud was within a 10 minute walk and they served great food. The pud overlooked a river and in the summer months there seating available to be able to sit along side the river. We were provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. We had use of a mini fridge within the room, we’re we could store refrigerated snacks. The Host lady was very friendly she was helpful and made our stay relaxed. The...

La puerta es fina, ni siquiera llega hasta el suelo, por lo que se oye a cualquiera que pase por el pasillo y la sensación es de inseguridad total.
