“The best part was the breakfast, very good and very polite individual. The room was cold, no hot water to shower, no one around to solve the issue. All in house amenities not in use. No bar. No service, no contact. It's 2 miles from town, so taxi us essential. It's the sort of place that picture perfect... But you'll only go once. Sorry for the bad review, almost recovered by the polite service and lovely breakfast.”

“We were attending a gig a Ludlow Castle, most accommodation was booked or expensive at Ludlow for the night of the gig so we chose to stop at Stokestay Hotel because there was a train station close that we could catch there and back. The Stokesay staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent and bar prices good so we would not hesitate to stop there again.”

“Stayed for 2 nights on our Welsh road trip. We were hugely impressed with this lovely little B&B. Beautifully appointed rooms, tastefully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The breakfast box is such a great idea, allowing you to eat in or take it with you if you are heading for an early start.
